Electronic toolkit for Table Captains

The items below can be used to help you communicate with potential guests in various ways, and to brand your communications with BSF's logo and colors. Feel free to pick and choose the items that are of best use to you. Please contact us if you need any assistance!

• An invitation image you can use in emails to potential guests can be found here. Simply copy and paste it into an email, drag the corner to make it the size you want (push shift and/or ctrl to keep the dimensions proportional), add your own message, and hit send! If you can't copy the image for whatever reason, right click and save it to your computer, then insert the image in an email.

• A Spring for Schools header graphic can be found here. This can be downloaded into templates offered by your email provider or copied and pasted into documents.

• Click here to view the hold-the-date email. This can be forwarded by clicking the "Forward Email" link at the bottom of the page.

• A Spring for Schools Table Captain badge can be found here. Feel free to use it in emails (simply copy and paste), post it on your website (making the image a link back to the BSF site), or put it up on your facebook page!

Help spread the word about Spring for Schools on facebook!

Not sure how? Here are a few ideas!

• First, make sure you are a fan of BSF! Our page is located at http://www.facebook.com/bellevueschoolsfoundation. Go to the page and click the "Like" button!

• Post a status update about Spring for Schools to your profile. Invite friends to join your table or share something you are looking forward to about the event. If you mention BSF in your post, be sure to type the @ symbol before our name and then select us from the list that pops up so that the post shows up on our page too!

• Post photos of the pre-event festivities and work parties to our page. Tag yourself and friends in photos you see on our page too!

• When a link or photo from BSF that you particularly like shows up in your newsfeed, click the "Share" button to share it with your friends.

• Comment on and "Like" posts on the BSF page. Make your own posts on our page too!
